Aim 2 Ready provides personal safety and firearms training systems and support for civilians. Whether you're looking for shooting as a hobby or for personal protection, A2R offers a wide range of firearm safety educational courses, personal safety classes, NRA pistol certifications, and more. Our core services include the following:
Pistol Firearm Training Support (NRA Approved Courses Only)
Firearm Training Support includes instructor-led classroom learning with an in-person instructor, distance learning online courses, one-on-one instruction in a private session, range lessons and safety courses related to pistol shooting.
Fast & Easy Gun Owner Safety and Shooting Lessons (These are not NRA-approved courses)
New gun owner workshops focusing on getting to know your new firearm. The workshops covers the basic parts of newly purchased firearms, firearm safety, storage, gun range etiquette and gun clearning requirements.
Gunsmithing and Equipment Validation
We work with a number of private gunsmiths to ensure your firearm is safe to operate. We will also work with you on upgrading your firearm to support fit-for-purpose applications.
Combat Training and Self-Defense
For hand-to-hand combat, our partners train in traditional Japanese Combat Jujutsu. Follow us at SMMA JTR Jujutsu in Southern Maryland.
Ask about our exclusive A2R membership
We offer a subscription-based membership service for customers looking for continuous defense training that includes multiple personal safety courses and firearm training support. For security reasons, our classes are not disclosed on this website. To register for a class, please contact us at (301) 818-3990 or complete the form below. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. We will also provide you with a scheduling link to register for classes. NRA approved classes start at $125 per class.
